Vineyard Lake sits in the Irish Hills, west of Tecumseh.
One of the smaller lakes in the local chain - a mix of cottages, year-round homes, and the usual Michigan summer scene of boats, fishing lines, and pontoons drifting nowhere in particular. Quiet enough on weekdays, busier on holiday weekends.
About 30 minutes from Tecumseh. Easy add-on if you're already heading into the Irish Hills for a Saturday loop or chasing a sunset drive.
