Brownie's House of Pizza is on W Chicago Blvd, a short drive from the downtown shopping strip and an easy carryout pick after an afternoon of walking the storefronts. The menu goes beyond a standard pie list: burgers, pasta dishes, salads, and a lineup of signature taco pizzas that regulars come back for.

Beer, coffee, and dessert round things out. Prices land inexpensive. Closed Monday and Tuesday, then open Wednesday through Sunday from 4pm to 8pm, which is dinner-only territory, so plan accordingly.
