Description
Historic state park in the Irish Hills. Home to Walker Tavern, the 1830s stagecoach stop that once hosted Daniel Webster. About 25 minutes west of Tecumseh near Brooklyn.
The grounds are open for walking and the historic buildings tell the story of early Michigan travel. Easy add-on if you're already exploring the Irish Hills for the day, and a worthwhile slow stop if Michigan history is your thing.
