The Ashlar – Tecumseh Event Venue

The Ashlar is the event venue inside the Masonic Lodge at 700 Bishop Reed Dr on the east side of Tecumseh, overlooking Red Mill Pond. Masonic membership meets here, but the hall is separately rentable for weddings, receptions, and private events.

The main hall runs 75 by 50 feet and seats up to 300 guests — large enough for a full wedding reception with a dance floor, ceremony rows, and buffet stations without the room feeling cramped. The outdoor deck faces Red Mill Pond directly, which changes the photo backdrop and cocktail-hour experience compared to a landlocked banquet room. A covered patio extends the outdoor footprint for ceremony seating or overflow.

The kitchen is a bring-your-own-caterer facility — you select who cooks rather than being locked into a house vendor, which gives you more control over food style and budget. Restrooms on site.
