Chateau Aeronautique Winery, Blue Skies Brewery & Mile High Distillery clusters three operations on one property in Onsted, out in the Irish Hills. Open Wednesday and Thursday 3 to 9 PM, Friday and Saturday noon to 10 PM, and Sunday noon to 6 PM (closed Mondays and Tuesdays). Weekend availability is broad, weekday evenings also work if you can make an afternoon or evening trip.
