Dollar General is the practical fill-in stop on N. Evans.

The store is at 515 N Evans St, just enough off the downtown core that parking is never the question. It's the chain you already know: household goods, groceries, beauty products, pet supplies, cleaning gear, snacks, paper goods. The kind of stop you make when you just need a thing and don't feel like driving across town to a bigger box.

Hours are wide open: 8am to 10pm, every day of the week, which makes it the easy pick when the regular grocery run already happened and the list is short. Delivery is available if you're outsourcing the errand entirely.

Useful to know where it sits in the Tecumseh map: close enough to the residential pockets on the north end that a quick trip stays a quick trip, and not so deep into the commercial strip that you have to commit to a longer outing.
